We are committed to delivering and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our properties. Additional preventative measures have been put in place, including reinforcing our strict cleaning protocols.
We know that earning Priority Guest Rewards points and Status is an important way we show appreciation for your loyalty. If the restrictions on travel are limiting your ability to stay and earn with us then please be assured that we will pause expiration of points scheduled between now and 30 June 2020. Obviously there will be a flow-on effect to the earning of tier status next year and we will share the details of how we intend to account for pause on expiry as soon as we can announce the specifics.

In line with recent government restrictions on non-essential gatherings due to Coronavirus, our QT, Rydges, and Atura restaurants and bars will be closing to the public for the time being. Our in-room dining menu options will still be available.
