How do I redeem my voucher?

Upon completion of a Hotel Voucher purchase, a Priority Guest Rewards (PGR) Member will receive a Receipt Email with a link to a Hotel Voucher Booking page. The link will take the Member directly to a booking website that will allow them to search for available dates and book a Hotel Voucher rate code. The Member will be asked to login or join Priority Guest Rewards before they can proceed to book.

I didn’t receive my voucher via email?

Member’s should check their Junk Mail first if a Hotel Voucher Receipt Email is not received automatically. If the Hotel Voucher Receipt Email cannot be located then the Member should email [email protected].

The Hotel Voucher receipt email will contain instructions on how to book & redeem the Hotel Voucher. New PGR Members will also receive an additional email with instructions on how to download their Digital Membership Card.

The Hotel Voucher will automatically be loaded onto the PGR digital membership card at the time of purchase.

How do I redeem my voucher at the hotel?

At check in, the PGR Member will be required to present their Digital Membership card to the Guest Service Agent. The PGR Member will scan the Hotel Voucher in order to redeem the room or package from the PGR digital membership card.

What if I don’t have a digital membership card?

Digital Membership cards can be downloaded directly from the PGR Member’s online account on or directly via this link here.

What are the dates of the sale & how long is the voucher valid for?

The Hotel Voucher Sale will be in-market from 1 – 10 October 2020 inclusive. Hotel Voucher Sale bookings are able to be made between the purchase date and 30 June 2022.

What is included in my Hotel Voucher?

Hotel Vouchers can be purchased in the following configurations:

Rydges & Atura Vouchers:

  • Room only for 2 adults for $120 – All PGR membership benefits*
  • 2 Night Package for 2 adults for $290 – includes standard room, breakfast per person per day, late check-out & all membership benefits*
  • 3 Night Package for 2 adults for $420 – includes standard room, breakfast per person per day, late check-out & all membership benefits*

QT (incl. Oval Hotel) Vouchers:

  • Room only for 2 adults for $185 – All PGR membership benefits*
  • 2 Night Package for 2 adults for $410 – includes standard room, food and beverage credit of $40 per day, late check-out & all membership benefits*
  • 3 Night Package for 2 adults for $597 – includes standard room, food and beverage credit of $40 per day, late check-out & all membership benefits*

*Membership benefits are subject to hotel offerings in the PGR program. Membership points and online booking discounts are not accrued on this sale. Find further information in the terms and conditions.

Can I use my Rydges & Atura voucher at QT (incl. Oval Hotel Adelaide) Hotels?

No – Hotel Vouchers must be redeemed at the brand from which they were purchased. Rydges/Atura vouchers can only be Rydges or Atura Hotels or Independently branded hotels within the Rydges Group. QT (incl. Oval Hotel Adelaide) vouchers can only be redeemed at QT Hotels & Resorts or Oval Hotel Adelaide.

Can I use a voucher purchased in Australian dollars at a New Zealand hotel, and vice versa?

No – vouchers are issued and redeemed only in the local applicable currency and geography, Australian or New Zealand dollars respectively.

Can this voucher be used for a package or additional nights?

Yes – a Hotel Voucher booking can be supplemented by add ons or upgrades directly with the hotel or the PGR Member Services team at [email protected]. Any upgrades or add-ons will be charged separately to the Member at check out.

How can I book a room using my voucher if I cannot log into my account?

The Priority Guest Rewards team are available Monday – Friday to reset your password. They are available via email at – [email protected].

How do I check room availability on my voucher?

There is an availability checker on the Hotel Voucher Sale landing pages on each Hotel’s branded website as well as where you will be able to select the hotel and dates required for your stay. The availability checker displays availability for room only vouchers for max. 2 guests.

What if my required dates are not available?

Some dates may not be available due to high hotel occupancy or black-out dates. All Hotels participating in the Hotel Voucher Sale have guaranteed a minimum number of rooms per night for the Hotel Voucher Sale but prepare to be flexible with your dates or range of hotels within a given location.

My dates aren’t available, can I get a refund?

No – vouchers are not refundable once purchased. Members have until 30June 2022 to book a stay with their Hotel Voucher. The availability checker on the Hotel Voucher landing page will give Members a good indication whether their preferred dates are available prior to purchasing a Hotel Voucher.

Can I call the hotel to make my booking?

All Hotel Voucher bookings must be made on the Hotel Voucher booking page. A link to the Hotel Voucher booking page will be sent to the Member in their Hotel Voucher Receipt email. The PGR Member Services team can be available to provide links to the Hotel Voucher booking page if the Member has lost the email or link – [email protected].

How do I check how many vouchers I have remaining on my digital card?

To check your available benefits, please contact the PGR Member Services team on [email protected].

Can I upgrade my room type?

Upgraded room types may be available at your booked hotel at an additional nightly charge. Availability and additional nightly charges can be reviewed when reserving your stay. Should you wish to upgrade to a higher room type after your booking is completed please call the hotel directly to check on upgrade room type availability and pricing.

Will I have to pay for anything?

This will depend on the voucher purchased and if there is anything else charged to the room such as parking or dinner. Additional charges will be settled on check out by the credit card supplied on the booking or at check in.

Can I book for more than 2 adults?

The vouchers are only for 2 adults. Should additional guests (children included) be added to the reservation this will be subject to additional charges for bedding, room upgrades and ancillary costs incurred while staying in the hotel. If a booking for more than two people is required, please contact the hotel directly to discuss your options as surcharges for additional people per booking will be required.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, we are flexible with booking dates. Cancellation, changes or modification to the Hotel Voucher bookings can be made up to 2pm, 24 hours prior to your arrival date, and must be made by cancelling your existing booking through your PGR account and re-booking via New bookings will be subject to availability. Hotel Voucher purchases will not be able to be refunded. If the booking is not cancelled and rebooked within the 24 hours cancellation window then the Voucher will be marked as redeemed and the booking will be forfeited.

Is it possible to use 2 or more vouchers for 1 stay?

Yes – as long as the hotel has availability for the 2 or more vouchers, they can be used on consecutive dates.

Will I earn PGR points?

No, as the Hotel Voucher sale is at a very competitive rate specifically for PGR members, PGR points and further Member Online Booking discounts are not accrued on these bookings.

Will I get all additional PGR membership benefits?

Yes – as long as the hotel is fully participating. Some hotels have specific exclusions to the PGR program, found online here.

I can’t find the vouchers anymore?

The sale is a limited time offer and Hotel Vouchers will only be on sale between 1 – 10 October 2020 (inclusive). Once the sale has ended, no further Hotel Vouchers will be available to be purchased. Bookings will still be able to be made online using the instructions in the Hotel Voucher Receipt Email until 30 June 2022.
